- Start with what you have. The memorial already looks complete with one photo and one date. Then each person adds what they know. One photo already counts.
- Who can see the memorial?
- Only the people you accept see the stories and photos. Anyone else sees the name, the portrait, the dates, and who takes part.
- How much does it cost, and who pays?
- €19.99 per year, per memorial. You make the first payment to open the memorial to the family. After that, any member can renew it, for up to ten years at once.
- What happens if we stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. The memorial is stored, closed and safe. When someone reactivates it, the stories and photos come back as they were.
- Do my relatives need a password?
- No. Each person signs in with their email and a code that we send them. There is nothing to install and no password to remember.
