1. Data We Collect

We collect your email address when you create an account, and the content you choose to store in eternos. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for operational purposes. We count page visits with PostHog for every visitor, without cookies or identifiers. We see the page, the browser, the device type and the site that sent you, not who you are. With your permission, we link visits to your account.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the eternos service: to authenticate you, store your notes, and send you login codes. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third Parties

We use a small number of third-party services to operate eternos (such as email delivery and hosting). These providers are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request a copy of all data we hold about you. We count visits without cookies because we have a legitimate interest in knowing how Eternos is used. You can object to this at any time by writing to us.
